The Philistines Stopped the Wells and Filled Them with Earth

I was teaching school, and an opening became available for one of the 5th grade teachers to become a 5th Grade Level Chairman. The Principals made the decision to choose a man teacher over me, and I was very disappointed and hurt. It didn't take long to make a decision that I would not allow this to interfere with my teaching as a career.

As time went on a 4th Grade Level Chairman was going to be moving to another state, and I was asked by my principals to become the new 4th Grade Level Chairman. I was excited to be chosen as the new 4th Grade Level Chairman.

I really believe that I was offered the 4th Grade Level Chairman because I was able to move on from my disappointment of not being the 5th Grade Level Chairman.

Isaac's father had dig many wells, but the Philistines stopped them up by filling them up with earth after Abraham died. He could have really gotten mad at the Philistines for what they did to the wells.

Isaac's name means "laughter". Instead of getting angry with the Philistines, Isaac's servants dug more wells. Isaac's servants would dig a well, the Philistines would stopped it up with earth.

Finally when Isaac's servants digged another well the Philistines didn't bother them. Isaac and his servants refused to allow strife between them and the Philistines. Instead I can seen moving on each time and digging another well with joy, peace, and laughter. (Genesis 26: 12-22)
